The Scotch Bonnet Pepper
We love the Scotch bonnet pepper… a variety of the Chilli pepper, ubiquitous in Jamaica and has become a favorite around the globe.
Sometimes mistaken for the closely related habanero, but there is no mistaking the Scotch bonnet’s heat rating of 350,000 Scoville units, making them a very hot prospect.

I love spice, especially my hot sauce. I cant speak highly enough of this sauce, It really tastes nice and even though it is really hot that doesn't stop you enjoying the flavours. I love how thick it is to... you can pour some out on your plate and just dip.
